We are Meeva Inc Ltd a technology and data services company dedicated to enabling consumer control and data privacy. We are based in the United Kingdom.

The types of Personal Data (or Personal Information) we collect depends upon the product or services you/our partners contract have with us and what data you provide by consent.

This personal information can include your contact details, your name, gender and date of birth, financial transactions, payment and purchase history, employment information and details of your service preferences.

4. Why do we collect your data and how do we use it?

We will collect your data in order to provide services to allow you control of your data. This data will be shared with partners with whom you have contracted or consented to sharing your personal data with.

Your data will be stored within the EU and in some occasions the US. All international data transfers are assessed to protect your rights, freedoms and interests. For any data transferred from EU territories to the US we will use Standard Contract Clauses to ensure adequate controls are in place to protect you.

Most of the features are incorporated within the application and tools allow you to perform these rights yourself. However if you cannot find these or are having any difficulties please contact us using the details at the end of this notice.

This section supplements our Privacy Statement and only applies if you live in the states of California, Vermont and Nevada. Where applicable, it describes how we use and process your personal information (the term used under the law) and explains your particular rights under local state law.

Access – You can request that we disclose to you the categories of personal information we collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected the personal information, the categories of personal information we sold or disclosed, our business or commercial purpose for collecting and selling the personal information, the categories of third parties with whom we shared the personal information, and the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you over the past 12 months.
Deletion – You can request that we delete your personal information that we maintain about you, subject to certain exceptions.
Do Not Sell My Personal Information – You can request that we not sell your personal information by clicking and following the instructions.
